Why is a Raven like a Writing Desk?

Thursday, March 31, 2011

Like I have stated in the past movies find me just when I need them and I really did need this one (Alice In Wonderland)... I fell down the rabbit hole just in time. I am talking about the 2010 version with Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter two people I would love at my tea party any day.

This was one of those movies I couldn't wait to see and had to watch it the first day it was out ... I was a little unsure if it was all I wanted it to be ... but now after watching it again months and months later (timing is everything) it was so much more then I could have ever expected.

I love quoting movies I may need to make them a daily mantra

A land full of wonder, mystery, and danger! Some say to survive it: You need to be as mad as a hatter.

The Mad Hatter: Have I gone mad?
Alice: I'm afraid so. You're entirely bonkers. But I'll tell you a secret. All the best people are.

Some times I feel Mad ... If people only knew what I was think or how I was feeling they might lock me up but its at these times that something wonderful comes about or I feel free to be silly and carefree. So its ok to be a little mad to survive life.

You used to be much more..."muchier." You've lost your muchness.

First I must say that I love silly words and "muchness" ooh that makes the list for sure.  Sometimes we lose our "muchness" in the hustle and bustle of everyday monotony. The "muchness" is what makes you, you. Its what makes you special and sparkle to others around you. Its easy to misplace your "muchness" but you can always get it back; just look inside yourself and you will find it.

Alice: This is impossible.
The Mad Hatter: Only if you believe it is.
The only way to achieve the impossible, is to believe it's possible.

How do you know its impossible, have you tried it? I have said more than once, that can't be done its impossible. Thats my first reaction. The trick is if you say its impossible, try it anyway.

Sometimes I believe in as many as six impossible things before breakfast.

Never give up on your imagination. Your thoughts and ideas are extraordinary and sometimes even magical so keep thinking of all the impossible and make them possible

Alice: Hatter, why is a raven like a writing desk?
The Mad Hatter: I haven't the slightest idea.

I was inspired to make something even the Queen of Hearts would Love
